squeeking seat belt...how do u fix it?

All things Altima Coupe.

basically ALL 4 of my seat belts are squeeking, and i compared a couple other coupes, some squeeked, some didnt...

im assuming that its a factory defect, that cant really be fixed...

anyone got this problem and had it fixed?

...wow...your coupe seems to have a lot of problems as far as nosies and little things

lol I had that problem. My stealership oiled them but they still squeak a tiny little bit. So I'll have to go see them again

Yes, it's irritating. Had the same problem in my '04 sedan and expected they would have come up with a fix in the new redesign. I just leave them all done up!

Try a wax based lube. For instance I mountain bike and Finish line makes a lube that goes on wet and sets up dry, should work perfectly for this. I'd assume there are similar products made for other uses, but if you can't find them, might be worth a trip to your local bike shop. I would avoid standard oil based lubes because they'll eat away at the plastic and eventually dry out.

what i really wanna know is if everyones car has this problem? i believe its some cars but not all.

so i want this replaced by the dealership, and i dont want to open out my back panels, becuase i dont know how lol

my car just started having this problem, is there a fix that the dealer has? or is it just lube? wat kinda lube can i use? anyone experienced this? thnx ....Being away from the forum for a while and now kinda not so updated
