squeaky suspension

This is my first post ever.

Any ways, my suspension just recently started squeaking when I go over bumps in the road. I am pretty confidant that it is because I travel on a short dirt road three or more times a week. Has anyone else had a similar problem? If anyone has an Idea as to what componant(s) it might be and what to do about it, the help would really be appreciated.

I know that it is obvious to tell me not to drive on dirt roads, but that is not an option.

I guess it woulg help to tell you what car it is. I t should now be in my signature. But if not, it's an 89 240 hatchback. Everything is stock.
