Squeaky Sound

I have an 08 maxima and whenever i go over some bumps kind of fast, i hear this squeaky sound coming from the rear. Anyone have this problem? It kind of sounds like an suv that has had some years of use on the suspension. It only happens when i go over a bumpy road at maybe 30mph or higher.

maybe just body panels squeaking. might also be strut bushings.

Did you just buy the vehicle and is it covered by a warranty? When I bought my last new vehicle, I had that thing at the dealership for everything I didn't like. Of course, the service managers were cool so I did not shy away. If that vehicle is new, it could still be working the kinks out too, but it sounds like rear link noise to me....--Mike

I had a similar sound on Quest Van. It F*&^%* drove me crazy it was brand new car. I blame the Mercury element. The conclusion after numerous complaints was that the rubber boot covering the strut was squeaking when sliding up and down. It finally went away after about 60k miles. I'll never buy a Ford.
