My 03 coupe has finally started to encounter a few problems.

In the past few months the drivers seat has started to squeak really bad when I turn. I can't quite pin down exactly where the squeak is coming from, but it is awfully annoying when it happens.

I have also noticed that the passenger side seat has started to sound like it is grinding when I move it forward or back for access to the rear seats. It moves really slow as well.

And the third thing is that the window motors are starting to go bad again. The windows will roll down occasionally all by themselves. Nothing serious, but just another minor issue.

The car has 65k miles on it, so maybe this is about the time the car starts to reveal some of the little things that start breaking down.

Any ideas on the squeaky seat?

I am going to put a little wd40 or something on the seat rails and see if that helps with the grinding sound. And I am going to take it to the dealer for the routine maintenace and have them replace the window motors.

Other than that the car still seems to be doing quite well after 65k miles.

I had a similar issue with my Saab just before I traded in. It took me about 2 weeks to actually start looking for the darn thing. I finally found the source of it. It was the locking mechanism what locks in place the seat. All I did was put some grease on it and it was good for the rest of the time. I traded in maybe 2 months later.

Could be the same.
