squeaky ps belt on 1990 300zx na

My power steering belt has continued to have a squeak ever since I took everything apart for the 120k timing service. I had to get a new ps pulley because my stock harmonic balancer was damaged so I needed a new one too. With the new pulleys I used different brands of belts that were 4pk925 and the squeak persists. This made me think it could be the ps pump that was holding the belt in the wrong position so I got a new pump and pressurized hose (the old one had some damage). After doing all of this and playing with the tension I either get squeaks on startup or it sounds perfect.

What do y'all think?
