Squeaky Doors

I had to drive through some water that was above the door hinge and now both the driver and passenger side door squeak upon opening. What would you guys recommend to oil it with, white lithium grease in an aerosol can?

we used to use that stuff all the time in my old shop at school, works great but gets messy if you're not careful.
