Squeaky Brakes?

I had my car for about a year now and my brakes are squeaky. What could be the problem? are my brakes faulty?

Could be a part of the recall - check with your nissan dealer and see if your brakes need to be replaced.

Ya same, but also if I go at least a day without driving, I can hear a constant squeak coming from one of the wheels for about 5ft(moving only with the car in gear, not pushin gas). After that it ususally goes away, for the most part.

mang...i went to the stealer ship once and told them about the squeaking brake problem..they said it's normal.... ......still squeaking when i brake at 20 mph..i can hear it..

i got the same thing they said its normal which is bs bc we all know people have been havin this problem

Yeah I have that problem too. My car has like almost 5000miles and i've had it since Jan. I guess its normal.

Hey Guys!NEWS! NOT NORMAL!I had that a few weeks ago and the dealership said he knew what it was righaway...it's a problem with the front calipers...so I had the car come in for 2-3h hours and they changed the front calipers...now no more noise!!!

I've had my coupe for a year too, and I've had this problem twice. First time they told me it was a recall and my warranty covered it or something... They were very brief. But yeah I've had them replaced about 5 months ago and they are starting to squeak again. I would go ahead and just get after market ceramics or something from Nismo?
