squeaky belt

i have a 1989 240sx and i am having some problems with it. there is a squeaky belt, but im not sure how to tighten it. also, it sounds like it could be the bearings on one of the pulleys. i think the problem pulley is the top left pulley, if anyone could tell me how to tighten the belts and what this one pulley drives, also, my heat and air smell like antifreeze, if anyone has a solution to these problems, i would really appreciate it. thanks

thats how to adjust your belts.

as far as coolant odor. you may have a leaking heater core check where your evap drain comes out on the fire wall see if coolant is escaping through there.
