What does that mean exactly? I searched and this guy tried to lubricate it and messed up his clutch so I wanna just check if I need to replace the clutch or what. Thanks in advance. I have no idea of the signs that indicate the need to replace a clutch.

well if im rite, then a chatter would most likely be the throwout bearing. it makes a lite gagagagagaga sound.

if it's squekin, id awsoom that the pilot bushing/bearing is f'd up. only one way to find out for sure. drop the transmission.

^ oh yea true story about the chatter.. havent heard it for a while, thankfully.

but yea i guess the best way to figure it out is just get under it and start lookin. maybe have someone d!ck with the clutch while your under it?

Could you guys give me some signs that might indicate a worn out clutch?

When i blew mine, it wouldnt always go into gear when driving. Theres slipping. O and when i parked it, i would put it in gear. Then try and push the car. A good clutch will rock then stop. A bad one will let you move the car.

This is probably your slave cylinder, mine squeaks, even with a replaced clutch. I lubed it a bit and it stopped because the boot is torn on it. Else buy a replacement from nissan.
