Squeaking sound - confirm source? (vid inside)

Is it the power steering pump making this godawful racket? Already replaced the PS belt.

take off both belts. Spin both pulleys feel for binding or irregular noise. Reinstall belts if no conclusion is found. Decrease or increase belt tension to see if noise quits. Prob a bad belt with a lack of tension, im guessing alt
