So my coupe only has about 10000 miles on it. i bought it about 14 months ago. I figured with that kind of mileage its too soon to have worn out my breaks (i dont drive particularly aggressively or slam on my breaks too often). but judging from the sound i think its that. Considering its been such a short period of time will they be covered by warranty? or will the dealership try and pull some bulls*** and say that because i have aftermarket wheels then i voided the warranty on my brakes.

If i do have to pay out of pocket, should i just get the OEM break pads or should i get stillen. Is there something better than OEM i could get for a similar price (i'd want them to last as long as normal break pads would so i dont want to sacrifice performance for durability)

Thanks!
