Squeaking brakes backing up?

Noticed the brakes on my 2018 Rogue Hybrid are squeaking when backing up (at least down the driveway). Rogue was just in the shop for an oil change and on the checklist it listed brakes were good but 2 of the 4 brake-pads were in the "yellow" i.e. keep an eye on them. Rogue has 36k miles on it. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Lots of them will do that when you first back out of a drive in the morning. If it bothers you, usually putting some brake grease on the shoulders of the pads will shut it up or at least mitigate it. The shoulders are the tabs at each end of the pad that slide into the grooves in the caliper frame.
