Nice, but I think they have definatly lost the traditional BMW styling. Maybe that's a good thing though, we all have to move on sometime.

Well, didnt everyone say that when the previous gen E-class came out?? "Round lights!? It cant be a Benz..."I do agree the M4 looks a little 'cartoonish'. But the M5 and M6 look hot!I immediately loved the 7 series, the 5 series has grown on me, but the Z4 still makes me cringe. I hope the next 3 series isnt too overboard. They'll sell them as long as there's a BMW propeller logo on the hood.

So, if I understand what they're saying, the new M3 will be a 4 door and the M4 will be the 2 door version? Is it that the 3 series will be sedans only while the 4 series will be coupes and convertibles?

Everything BMW makes, and for that matter ever has made, I have been absolutely in love with. I doubt it would stop with any new cars. One of my dream cars is an e36 M3, 4-door of course. There is one in town for sale that is black w/ some stuff done to it.....absolutely outstanding.

So about the new cars, they are definately incredible to say the least. I love them.

here here.

and get rid of that uh....**** I can't remember what they call it...the control knob idea...Luxury means all kinds of buttons and stuff in the cabin damnit!

I liked the body styles before the newest.

I could go for a boxy look again though. as it stands, the Z4 is the best looking thing they make if you ask me.

I am persoanlly a fan of Chris Bangle. BMW is the only company that has made their new styles actually look original and stylish without being gaudy. One of the thigs that I like about the "new" BMW is that the cars are so darn compelling. Last time I was at BMW, I just had to walk around and look at each model for a while because every angle you look at them from gave some new dimension to the cars. BMW has taken a LOT of flack as of late because of their departure from their bread and butter, high volume selling style (some may call it "simple", I call most current BMWs a shade south of boring...even though I am a fan of classic Japanese design...go figure) but all I can say is kudos to BMW for stepping up and hiring a design leader who has a pair and is willing to but his mark out there.

Oh yeah...and anything from the ///M Team has a big thumbs up. 400bhp V8? Dual Vanos varible timing? Yes please!!!

BMW are overrated. Having said that

Me like the M4, I can see myself trading in my audi.

The whole 5 & 6 series are just plain ugly..in my opinion…and the opinions of many others.

And the performance accept of the new BMW M’s, they own all.
