My car started sputtering under 1000 rpm today, big time. There were times sitting at lights that it felt like it was going to stall. Once I put it in gear and step on the gas, everything feels and sounds just like it should. I've noticed the "weak" idle for the last week or two, but it's been very minor and hardly noticeable. Today however, it took a turn for the worse and I'd like to work my way to solving the problem sooner than later. There's still a fairly good chance that things could be back to normal in the morning.
Here's a little info on the car. I had the IACValve adjusted recently so the idle RPMs are around 800. It's a 94 TT that's been my DD for the last year and has almost 90,000 miles. I'm not great with car mechanics, but I know I love the Z's, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
