I'm having a similar problem right now. While the car is idling, check the injectors by unpluging each one, one at a time and then reinstalling after a short hesitation in the engine sound.
You will need to also check the fuel pressure. You will need a fp tester for this or a good gauge will work as well. Check by removing the line going to the fuel filter from the rail and inserting gauge here. Fp should be 34 psi or so.
Next.. this is where I'm at now. Check continuity between connectors with an ohm meter and a good reference like a factory service manual, if you don't have one get one some how some way. This is a better route than just throwing parts at the car.
