Sputtering issue please help

Ok i just got my car running decently it still idles a bit ruff but when i drive it theres not alot of power in the lower rpms and it sometimes sputteres in the low rpms. Once u down or up shift the sputter goes away but then it will do it again. Im not sure what it could be mabe injectors any input would be nice.
