So on way back from friends house I started to notice a ticking noise that would go away and then kept on staying on longer. Though it might have just been a loose heat shield, but when I would push in my clutch, the car would die, then I noticed a heavy loss of power. So pulled off and reset my ECU thinking it was my MAF acting up, but noticed the ticking noise was from engine bay. So popped the hood and had to hold throttle open a little to keep it running and there was a distinct knocking noise from the right side of the motor so I know ive spun a rod bearing which means block is now fubar cause crank has prolly been scored by this point at the extent of how loud it was. So swapping over all the parts that are good on my 94 motor and putting them on my 93 motor which has 202k on it and hope it will hold together for a bit. I got 180k out of my 94 motor which made 210rwhp and 178ft/lbs 2 weeks ago. So was making about 250hp on it.

Its up and running

Did:
-Timing belt job with all new parts on front of motor
-Valve cover seals
-Oil pan seal
-Front main, rear main and all 4 cam gear seals
-Swapped the good/cleaned and modded lower and upper plenums
-New plugs
-Cleaned the whole entire motor with brake cleaner and wire wheel

Put 50 miles on it. Had some lifter tick for about first 30 min of running but now it purrs smoothly. Hope this one lasts for a while.
