From what I see in the pictures, the mains dont look too bad. The rods is normally where you see the most damage though. Your number 2 and 4 mains feed your rods with oil. Issues in the mains usually means the rod bearings are worse because they are down stream in the oiling circuit. I dont see any blackend rods which is usually a good sign that the bearings havent spun.
Bearings are made of a softer material than the crank so a bearing can be fairly damaged and your crank can still be just fine.
Take the crank to a machine shop and have them inspect it. They should be able to tell you right away if you can get away with just a good clean and polish or if it would need to be reground. With the price of KA motors being as cheap as they are, I would suggest just replacing the crank rather than turning it if its out of spec.
