Spun bearing

engine gotten a spun bearing on the cylinder 5 and 3. was told it be better to get new rods and crank for the engine but the tolerance codes on the 2 cranks don't match would that effect getting new bearings for the engine. What is the tolerance for main caps and how tight should it be to the crank with bearings installed.
old crank is for connecting rods 1 2 2 2 2 2,
and the new one is 1 1 1 1 2 1

main caps for old crank 1 1 2 2
new is 1 1 2 1
