Spun Bearing? KA24E (video!)

sooooooo, my KA sounded like death today after i hit about 6.2k. Here's a video. 149k miles, fresh oil. No real noticeable loss in power, runs fine, idles fine. She still took me home after it started making this noise. Strong vibration in the clutch pedal too. Sounds like its coming from the head, but I don't know for sure. Spun bearing? Something wrong with the valve train?

Most likely its a rod knock. It is possible to hear a rod some what in the head due to the piston hitting the head. Pull one plug wire one at a time and rev it. Which ever cylinder, if the knocking rhythm changes or goes away, then its a rod knock.
