sprocket

the crankshaft sprocket should slide in easilly or did you guys hammer it in. I got it from a 1988 Pulsar SE. or was it 1989...i totally forgot but that's not the point.

They should all fit. With an interference fit, shouldn't slip on.

The CA20 one is a smaller diameter hole.

If it looks close, run some steel wool over the mating surfaces and hit on with a rubber or plastic mallet.

But it will need a tap to get it on.

I just set one on a wood stove for a couple minutes and it slid right on the cold crank.

this might sound stupid but what's a wood stove? do you put the key in first?

he heated the sprocket a litlle to expand it.

It's a stove,but instead of using gas or electricity it uses wood. It's the only way my shop gets heat so that's what I use.
