Waste of money. DBW (Drive-By-Wire) will have minor delay between user input and throttle action - however that delay with modern electronics is barely, if at all, perceivable. That device does nothing to make the computer/electrical motor on the throttle body react faster.

If you want to improve the ECU's throttle response, the only way is a real computer tune. And even then, don't expect much increase since delay time is already minimal.
