Save up a little bit more and go for Eibach Sportlines, some RS*Rs, Intrax, or even some Tein springs....don't go cheap on suspension. :)

I heard they were...I highly suggest that you also buy some shocks/struts along with them if you have the money...in the long run, it's worth it to not blow out your shocks.

how low are these S-Tech's? As much as possible, I like to have atleast 2 finger gap(or less).

kgmm dr 21 racing springs are the stiffest springs u can get without gettin coilover springs. 6 up front and 5 in the rear. and remember to get shox that match up the springs

i have the eibach pro-kit, and i wish i wouldve gotten something else, Ive got koni adjustables so im not worried about my struts/shocks so Im planning on switching out my pro-kits whenever i get $230 for some RSR down or even race springs.

I agree with drifter, if you go cheap, youre just going to end up replacing them down the line.
