Spring rates with colilovers (Silk Road RMA8 in particular)

Hi-Just bought a S13 coupe setup with Silk Road RMA8's running 8k front 6k rear spring rates. I'm looking for a slightly more conservative setup for my cross country trip, but I want to keep the coilovers. Swaping the springs would be no problem- does anyone have experience setting up these or similar coilovers with lower spring rates? I already have dampning set at softest. Any setup advice is appreciated.
