spring rates for 91 240 hatch?

i have a 91 240sx hatch and am going to buy the k sport coilovers...i will be autocrossing and want the best spring rate for the fastest time...i dont know too much and wanted some advise and i thought someone would be knowledgeable about the topic. please help out. would appreciate it.thanksruss
