155 lb/in front, 165 lb/in rear

according to the spring rate FAQ at Zilvia.net

ride height change from stock is supposed to be -1.8" front, -1.6" rear.

According to a response on Whiteline's board, the S14 is 157 lbs/in front, 107 - 178 lbs/in progressive rear.

my mistake... the part 70049 is for S13 rear, both use the same spring up front. Seems rather an odd setup for the S14 with linear in front and progressive in back though, I'd rather not have the squat.

eh...

that why you need coil overs!!! what kinda spring rate is 155lb!

i like my 450lb front and 345lb rear! Also some one post the white line are 155lb front and 165lb rear, 240's are not FWD, companies never make springs that a have stiffer rear spring rate, always a stiffer front unless they are retarded.
