Spring rate conversion kg/mm to lbs

ive always used 1 kg/mm = 56 lbs

5 x 56 = 280lbs, 7 = 392 lbs, so youd probably get a 400, and 8 = 446, so basically a 450

if youre getting springs with rates that high id recommend getting koni yellows, so you can get them valved properly for the springs
