So, ever since I saw these pictures.. I fell in love with the color scheme.

So, I am going to paint my rims like this soon. I never painted any rims before and I just read some DIY guide on other forums, so wish me luck. I will post pics of the painting process when i'm done. Anybody with experience with rims painting pls give me some tips. Here's what I know so far from what I've read:

1) Clean wheels
2) Sand with 320 grit sand paper
3) Spray self etching primer
4) spray color atleast 3 coats
5) spray clear coat

Also, I just ordered a Greddy Spectrum Elite exhaust, Racingline Y-pipe and K&N Intake. Hopefully everything will come together by the end of the month. Goodluck to me :)

I was going to do this but I really don't think it'll hold up that well specially on a daily driver.

Looks good...like it a lot more than a chrome lip personally... Looks like you did a great job getting a nice sharp line in those tight spaces.

Stocks for long drives may be a good call but just a little more of a PITA...

Yeah it was supposed to be flat black, but i sprayed clear coat for extra protection so it turned out a lil glossy.

Here's some better pictures. Also, my cousin and I installed (mostly him, he's a mechanic) the racingline y-pipe, greddy SE catback exhaust and K&N intake. Took us about 2hours to complete everything. Project Complete :naughty:

Saying goodbye to my car, will be sold soon. Sad.. It's my daily driver for 4 years.
On the brighter side, i ordered a 2015 Subaru Sti also in white.

I really dig the wheels. Came out real clean. I went with the ypipe, k&n, but have borla axle back. How do you like the greddy elite?

I like it, there's a crackling sound when shifting. Luckily, my gf's bro will buy this car so I can still see the car frequently.

Yeah I haven't posted much after this thread. I changed my rims a few times, but other than that no other mods since this thread haha. I've been lurking around though. This particular winter did It for me. I got stucked im snow so many times that I was determined to get an awd for my next car.
