Was there a Skyline there or are you talking about the CB G35 badged as a Skyline? If there was a Skyline there, how the hell did I miss that?

Avg of runs

183.1 whp at 5500 rpm200.3 wtq at 3500 rpm!

(wrong wheel horsepower, danged fwd!) :pface

I held steady at ~195-200 wtq from 3500-4700 rpm. Area under the curve is pretty nasty.

Ok, that's what I thought. I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss a real Skyline.

I'll post mine friday when i get a re-dyno with it working right for AWD cars. Should be around 250-260, not the silly 175 it put down saturday.

Yeah, there'd be no mistaking an original.

Have seen one around town though, at least it looks like one from a distance. May be some kinda crazy body kit.

I felt bad for you bro, when they tried to put your car up, and when they couldn't make it work, you get the big shoulder shrug from the employees. Im thinking, you drove an hour to get the big shrug, that's foul! Are you running a 75 shot?

When I get a moment, I will have a friend scan my dyno chart. So I can post it.

Rey, I felt bad for you and the DelSol both. The oilpan on the delsol was too low, and your car itself was just rediculously low. That sucks man! What kinda power are you expecting from the hatch?

Isn’t that close to stock rating for wheel horsepower on the WRX? It was an Eddy Curve dynometer, but 175 horsepower is a ridiculously low rating for the mods that you have done to your car.

Dane, Corey and I went back to the HPH to pick some stuff up later on Saturday. One of the guys that ran the place said that they would have taken it up past 5500RPMs with the owners consent. I think there may have been some miss-communication with the guys running the dyno and that policy.

Sh*t happens for a reason I guess it was not meant to be for me to dyno or run the hatch. They told me to come back sometime during the week when there is not that many people and they would get it up on there. I am currently running a 75 shot and was expect anywhere from 220 to 240 whp... that's expecting

If you read my post above, HPH had the dyno set up wrong to read the AWD cars. It should have read around 250-260. Corey's Evo only put down 160 after everyone left, then they realized it was wrong, made the right changes and it put down 240.

Its not that the car was putting down low numbers, ists the dynow was messed up. And for example, a stock WRX typically puts down in the 130 range on a Mustang Dyno.

But...I get free dyno time this friday there for them messing it up the first time. So I will post the graphs up here when i get the correct ones friday.

After your first pull, I knew your car was running right and it had to be the dyno. Your car with the UTEC, VF23, pullies and I assume exhaust should have trounced that dyno.

BTW- where did you buy your VF23?

i wish i could of gotten my hatch on the dyno but my car was to low for them to put it on there. and when the vtec hits on that motherflipper it screams. when i spray it seems to double the sound.

if i can find a dyno lcoser to louisville i'll take the hatch and dyno it there and record it. i'll post it once i get it done

Clemon's is right across the river in Clarksville and Dyno Shop is on Outer Loop (southside of Louisville).

I would say go to Clemons. thats the best around, IMO. thats what most people here in town use for a 2WD dyno.
