Trying to decide what would be a good spring to put on my car and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Brand and lower hieght

It depends what is your taste. You can have Eibach pro drops about 1"

Or Eibach Sportline drops 2"

Both of them really good.

im dropped on Tien Stechs and havent had a problem, cant tell you the drop not sure but it got rid of the wheel gap

I was going to say tokico d-spec which comes with lowering springs as well. but I just checked their website and they have it available only for the 03-04 G35 Not sure what changed suspension wise with the later years. It's a long shot but maybe their database just isn't updated. Perhaps someone else on here knows of a change they made in design to the Gs suspension in later years ?
