So Ive been keeping track of the forums about anything paint related since im attempting to paint my car in spring 2010. now i know i cant expect perfection since its going to be my first try. i want to keep reviewing resources on nico in the hopes of getting an understanding of what i need to know before the real spray. Ive been practicing with my cheapo gun painting my valve cover and my brakes, soon also ill do my se wheels. (only reason i paint wheels and valve cover is Ive herd its good to get experience for the motion of spraying. any ways i already found the color. its Subaru- Satin Pearl White. so feel free to answer any questions u can. any feed back is welcome

1) what steps are taken in laying down pearl coats. like is it any different than other solid colors(guessing it is)?

2) whats a good primer color to bring out the base coat?

3) i do not wet sand in-between clear coats?

4) whats a good way to help it cure faster(stick the car in a garage and turn on the heater)?

O and any other tips and such someone whats to throughout is appreciated.
