Since Q leather was not published in the larger replacement upholstery books, I would order a swatch panel from the dye/paint company so it can be compared to the actual interior. Over time the sun will lighten and change the color so it might be different from the original shade. I know the color of my 91's dash has lightened quite a bit over the years.
Many years ago, I had a Buick with a red vinyl interior. The upper door panel had a gaping tear that I had repaired by a vinyl repair company. The repair grain was an exact match compared to the original vinyl but the repair plastic was different shade of red. The vinyl guy sent me to NAPA to get vinyl paint to match the interior color code. The paint was thin and easy to apply with a brush -- almost like a solvent. Once I repainted the door panel vinyl it looked like new. The rest of the car interior looked a bit faded at that point. So I cleaned and repainted the entire interior with the red vinyl paint. The paint really bonded into the vinyl like a chemical reaction had occurred. The car's interior looked and smelled new at that point.
