theres lots. i was looking for some personal experiences on brand or any tips that anyone could provide.biggie wrote:Google brings up a few of them.
crap its pricey. i though the spray on would be easiest. i will just tape up what i do not want it on.biggie wrote:I'm sure any of it needs good drying time.
Saw that "lizard skin" on google, had heard good things about it, but never used it or seen it used in person.
this was definitely a consideration, and i feel dynamat is the marquee sound deadening product available. i chose to go with a spray as opposed to the mat because of the oddly shaped surfaces i expect to be covering. door panels, misc. interior trim, etc.kimbill wrote:Those of us into the old (very noisy) VW Beetles use the stick-on product, DynaMat.

I was looking at a pair of 10W6's...but decided to go minimalist. Do you have the Bose system?timmy0257 wrote:i would be willing to give it a shot. i am replacing my door speakers and going to spray the door panels and anything else that rattles. installing a jl10w3 into a custom built enclosure that i will make and powering it with a JL500/1
i do not have bose. thats why i want some better quality door speakers. i am going to build a 4080-like box for my Jl sub. i think one 10" will be more than enough to put some bass in there. i dont need it as loud as i had it in highschooljoe603 wrote:I was looking at a pair of 10W6's...but decided to go minimalist.
