spray on rubber insulation inside interior good or bad?

i was thinking about getting that spray on rubber and taking the carpet out(i need to replace my carpet anyways) and spraying all of the metal inside the car. wouldnt this deaden the sound of the road quite a bit? or would i just be better goin w/ that sound deadening roll stuff? thanks

Please don't use that roll crap. If you ever need to do rear end work on your car it makes it a pain in the you know what.

I bought a rear bumper off a car with that stuff and it turned a 15 min job into a 45 min job.l

Make sure you spray some into a coffee can or something so you can do a sniff-test before using it inside the car. Some brands remain olefactorily foul for a very long time.

Ive done it, I really doesnt make that big of a difference, I just bought the stuff from wall mart, And yeah, Do it in a WELL ventalated area, is smells very strong, and will linger for a while.
