SPR (or SPA?) wheels?

has anyone every heard of SPR wheels? I just bought a set, 15x6.5 ET22. theyre these crazy silver 5 spoke 3 piece look with the ring of about 40 little bolts or rivets. the center cap says "SPR (kinda looks like SPA) "You can get speed power and real response by high performance wheel. SPR" that crappy catch phrase sounds like a translation, so im guessing the wheels are from Japan. (i bought them from a JDM part importer, but you can never be sure since everything says "JDM" on it these days.) i have some pics but im not sure how to post them, im not too great with computers... anyways anyone ever heard of them?
