Spotted! Red S13 with KA-T or SR20 in Durham NC

This was a red S13 spotted with something similar to N1 single tip exhaust, obvious suspension mods, and a massive FMIC. Stock wheels. License plate from Leon County, FL... Any idea on the owner? Spotted going down I-40 right outside of Durham, NC.

Sorry- first thing that came into my head was KAT or SR...You're right.. It could be KA24DE-TKA24E-TSR20DETRB20RB25RB26CA18.... Anything turbo
