my aunt is looking for a car, 30-40k, thats kinda luxary (30-40k) but sprty, so like it doesn look "like an old persons car" (wut she said...) also, it has to have cheap/easy maintenence (so u can cross out things like beamers and jags, and mercedes) so, most like an import, a nissa, honda, toyota or their luxary divsions, and has to 2002+ and 4 doors. i think thats it.... so far i was thinking a fully equiped honda accord would fit, but open to all suggestions...... thanks

B

I think Benzs come with maintenance free for 3 or 4 years. Or that's what they advertise. Have her look at G35, S60R, Acura TL, IS300.

Yeah apparently they have really great initial quality and poor extended quality. They're so classy though.

My mom has that car. I love driving it, even though its an auto. IS300 isnt a bad choice at all. Very sporty.

Yeah, I really think that the G35X would be the car to get since it has to have four doors. Can't get much better than that unless you get the coupe.

It would definately be a IS300 or G35 Sedan for me. Either way you'll have a sporty 4-door. Or what about a Cadillac CTS?

my aunt thinks the CTS is ugly :( . i liek the CTs and so does my dad, but we can't afford one. im trying to get her to aim for the g35 cuz i like it too and maybe (ok, its a really big maybe) she might let me drive it too :D . either that or maybe she will realize that i found her the perfect car and pay to get my 240 fixed.....

There are plenty of nice choices in that range.I'd look seriously at the G35 and Maxima but most of the Japanese makes offer something good in that range:Other choices include:

Acura TL (based on the American Accord)Acura TSC (european accord - my sister just bought one)Lexus ES330 - very sharpMazda 6 - not a bad choice

If you're mom is looking a little bigger, the Toyota Avalon is very nice.

The Audi A4/BMW 3 Series/ Mercedes C class all fall into that price range, and are not as reliable and will be more expensive to keep in the long run.

There's also an american car to consider, (sorry not a caddy), The Lincoln LS is not a bad car.

Lots of choices out there

Lexus SC430 isn't $30-40k. And either is a BMW M5.
