Sorry to bug i know alot of u the first thing your answer will be is "SEARCH" which i did for 2days and im still all confused so i thought this would be easier.. so first of all these are the specs ..

Stock suspension .. and brakes on a S13 hatchive already got 4 18x9.5 sportmax wheels with offset +35tires on them are 225/40/18 thats on all of them .. here is my issue

what size spacer should i use?? 25mm? i wanted to use the same size spacer all around so it doest look weird with tires sticking out more in the front then rear ..

I test fitted them and of course they dont clear my shocks in the front .. dont know about the rear .. so my concern is clearing the shocks .. i dont care if they stick out for now .. ill either roll/pull teh fenders or get some 30mm fenders for the front .. i can do that right?? thats not my main concern .. so im askin cuz i know there has to be alot of ppl here that have had the same issue and what they did to resolve it .. i was gonna order 25mm H&R spacers but i figured id better get some advice first .. and another question .. if the wheels are +35 and i add a 25mm spacer does that make them +60mm offset or 10mm offset?? ive read and read but offsets are confusing me.. anyways any info is greatly appreciated.. and being that i searched and im still confused im appoligizing to Chet for being a newb and if my grammar sucks (this goes to any other ppl out there that will still hate me for not getting teh info i needed from searching ).. lol but ill take all ur advice and use it .. thanks!

Lol it would be 10. The smaller the number... the further away it is from the axel. Im going to get the same wheels as you I think. Put some pics up.

Lol... negative offset wheels... Like -10 Have INSANE dish because they stick out soo bad. Just think of it like the higher the number, the further in, the lower, the further out. The wider the wheel, the lower offset you need... NOW LETS GET SOME PICS!!

here is the rear without a spacer .. ill upload more pics when im done with spacers .. from the looks of it so far its pretty flush .. and barely clears the rear shocks .. but the fenders are gonna need to be rolled .. so with spacers im going to haave to pull them .. i cant wait tho .. damn i wish it wasnt friday or i would have next-day my damn spacers .. thanks again!

I dunno how much you know about wheel fitment but 18x9.5+10 on the front of an S13 with stock suspension is gonna stick out. 17x9 +0 needs about 4 degrees of camber to be flush on the front and thats a pretty close size to what your running, add stock suspension to the mix and your wheel is gonna be vato.

also... 9.5 on the front is gonna need a **** ton of hammer work to get to full lock.

yeah i know i almost have enough for coilovers .. but im taking the advice of some of the gurus here and waiting till i have enough for some gewd coils and such .. i was measuring the front today and i should have done that first before i ordered the 25mm spacers cuz it only need like a fingertips worth of space .. but as i said ill get it working .. i rolled the rear fenders but they are gonna need some more but im gonna head to a shop and have them rolled/pulled more and if i dont like the way the front stays ill get some 25mm fenders .. but OMG +9" width wheels look so sweet ... now i need to get the right engine to power these babies .. thanks for all your advice tho only 2 ppl replied but was very helpfull and such .. ill post pics when im done !

the hatch is off a black car .. lol my hatch had a spoiler - minus the spoiler so and the holes were all jacked so i tossed it .. looks cool black tho .. im broke .. so the car is just as u see in pic .. but later ill add more stuff .. had to roll the rear fenders alot and front needs camber .. or 30mm wide body would make it all look better with less camber in rear... but in due time now its too cold .. heh

Wow they look so big. They dont look as big on others. They seem to stick out more too. I bet its the extra half inch on the 18's as to the 17x9's. None the less, good work.

That looks terrible. Don't they have 18x8.5? That would have been much more reasonable. Your tires are too small, your wheels are too big, and your offsets are too low. What are you building this car for anyways?

Womp Womp

What did the offsets come out to?

The Rear just needs a small pull and it will be fine... The front is probably gonna need Overfenders but if you get Coilovers you might be able to bring it into check with mega camber. (It will look 1000 times better lower and not .5 degrees of camber.)

I'm prolly gonna do 17x9 +0 front and 18x9.5 -8 Rear Work Emotions sooner or later.

Also. if you want to try and get those wheels to fit get a Pickle fork (the ball joint splitter) put a glove on it and start prying at your fenders... I did that for like 5 minutes on each of my front fenders and now I'm able to tuck tread on 17x9+10 with a 235 tire.

Also that sidewall looks HUGE on your car.

yea .. i know they look like pre dub **** .. but i wanna pull rear camber out and front i wanna lower more .. and add 30mm fenders all around .. i know it looks ridiculous now .. but im broke .. im going through a family crisis right now .. and the damn brakes are giving out too .. i have to pump to stop .. everythings a mess .. but when i get back on track itll come out how i want it .. i still think wider wheels with a lower offset would kickass with 60mm rear fenders :O i wish i could afford some work emotions .. wide body looks sweet on s13 rear .. anyways .. thanks for the compliments .. wait there were non really ?? lol jk but gl with whatever u all choose .. late

Is this how you pulled your fenders? How do you do this? Also, why is a ball joint splitter needed? I'm alittle confused lol

Thats how I did my fronts. I'm gonna wait till I get a legit fender roller and new wheels to do my rears.

after I intially rolled the fronts with a jack handle. I took the pickle fork I did my balljoints with put a glove on it and just started prying at my fenders using the tire as a fulcrum. It turned out pretty well I think, only one quarter sized dent in the fender from prying too much too quick and a perfectly rolled lip.

Did you heat it up when you did it? Did the paint crack? It would be nice to rent a fender roller but I dont know where to rent one lol.
