I been trying to find a picture of a s13 with sportmax 962 17x9 with 3in lip on a S13 and came up with nothing. I was told the wheel is +35 I wonder if it will clear z32 brakes.. I think the spokes will rub on the face of the calipers. Any1 know of that size being ran? running that size up front.

17x9 +35 will not clear your strut/coilovers in the front. They will fit fine in the back however, except i dont know about clearance of z32 brakes. With 9.5s in the front, i know you need to run atleast a 15mm spacer to clear the struts/coilovers. So you might need to run give or take a 10mm spacer just to clear your struts/coilovers. Sorry i dont know much about z32 brakes but you need to worry about other fitment problems with these wheels.

yea i dont mean to thread jack either but we should get a meet somewhere i dont see a lot of clean 240s around my area my car isnt running right now cuz the f*ckin chinese deliever man hit it but by next summer it should b up w/ a blacktop sr right now its under construction for the winter, my boy is working on one too. if you want to get a meet going let me kno.

225/35/18F 255/35/18R ... fronts could go to 235(i just used a set of tires I had sittin around, or else I'd have gone 235), 255 is perfect in the back, with a slight stretch.

i love 962's on S13's...i would get em for my s14 but i heard running 7's up front and 9's in rear would cause a lot of understeer...i dont wanna run 9's all around if ima have to get spacers for the front...it'sgonna look stupid w/ front stickingout more than the back

Well in case you get 17's the 17x7 in the front will clear Z brakes ONLY after a 15mm spacer, hope this helps.

i just purchase a set of 962 17x9 +35 all around. i couldn't remember the sizes for the front and rear, but i can tell you this that for the rear you have to rolling fenders and front you got to have 8mm spacer. i'll take some pic when i have a chance. is pretty nice, my opinion.

Thanks for the tire info Sweet, I was kinda leaning towards that same setup. Well, 18x8.5(F)/18x9.5(R) with 235/35 & 255/35. Hoping I wont need some ****ty *** spacers to get **** to sit the way I want. I def dont want to go any smaller than those sizes.
