i know your trying to be helpful but it really woulda been alot more helpful to at least label as a 15" or a 16" wheel.

With an inch drop it wouldnt look good imo. Rather go with the 501's 16x8 +15. 205-215/50 tires.

sorry if i am digging up the dead here, but can someone give me a "flushness" view of the 002. either coupe or hatch and 15 or 16 does not matter either.

Seeing as this thread is on the topic of sportmax wheels - anyone put a set of 002's on kouki?

You all might think it looks bad - but I like the look of the wheel and I just think i would look great in either black or red with my car.

And whoever doesn't decide to bash my statement above - what specs would you say I would need to run (granted I am wanting to run a 16" wheel) to be close to flush (without fender roll) to the fenders?

Pics would also be appreciated if anyone happens to have them on a kouki.

ive seen a pic of them on a kouki. i dont think it looks the best, but its your car. they could probably be made to look good.

you'd want to get the 16x8 +0 offset.

one thing i dont understand is when people say

why no fender roll? i dont understand? it is EXTREMELY easy. you can run the 16x8 +0 and they will be pretty flush, but they might rub depending on how low you are. rolling your fenders is really easy.

Because a fender roll is bending an OEM quarterpanel/fender. I'm not to big into it - And I would do it if I didn't have the large dent filled with bondo on one driver side QP. . .

And mind you - I see flush as with the fender well - not making the fender well come out to fit my wheel - I dunno. Seems silly.

I don't have a huge drop on the car - but I'm looking to purchase some sportlines that state a 1.7 and 1.4 in back. Too much with that offset and wheel?

so what tire size is good for the 16 inch 002's? do u have to pull? and will it rub the fender liners in the front?

225/50 or something close is the norm for 16x8.

16x8 +0 will require a fender roll, but depending on preference, a pull is optional. If you don't pull them, you'll need to run some camber.

Which ones? The 002s will need a roll and I have 501s and I haven't touched my fenders, other then taking off my front liners.

I have 16x8 +15 501s. I have 205/55/16's and I will be switching to 215/45/16 RT-615s

I'll be working on it tomorrow so I'll grab some pics. But its perfectly flush no work required.

I am how ever going to use a 15-20mm spacer so i can run Z32 brakes all around, and roll my fenders. Right now I have q45's all around and they fill out with my 16s perfectly.
