Just pulled my KA24E out of my S13 coupe.

Got a good deal on a KA24DE with an S14 trans.

I'm building the dual cam motor, and hope to eventually go KA-T.

Just wondering if anyone has used individual coil packs on a KA? I have seen CBR packs used on B series Honda motors before.

I did a search but didn't come up with anything.

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks.

there is a guy using dsm ones from a 1st gen eclipse and also the cas from that too. it doesnt put the coils right on top of the plugs but you just put the coils in a line in front of the engine and use plug wires.

and i want to say people have used gm ones before too.

Thanks for the info.

Pics or a Link would be awesome if anyone knows where to find a setup like that.

If he does the work with a DSM ecu it is worth it. No ecu tuning required and will make up to 400hp.
