sport shocks and sway bars

i have an 04 g35 sedan sport and i was wondering if the spot OEM shocks and sway bars come from the factory painted red. I was going to get some after market sway bars but thought the previous owner might have already done that. also my shocks are painted red too..do these come from the factory painted red?
