Just curious,

I noticed that my 3.0t premium doesn't have a Sport + mode, is this something I can obtain ?

I believe sport+ mode requires Sport package which is not listed as a package on the Infiniti website. It adds the Dynamic Digital Suspension system. The Q50 build section does show a Sport package which includes DSS.

No, you won't be able to equip your non-sport+ system with the package afterward.
