okay. so I'm the noobest of the noob, but I'm still gonna ask this question. I'm planning on buying some wheels. Sportmax 006 17x8 +35 in the front and 17x9 +35 in the rear. I have an S14. Will I run into a fitment problem? Should i roll me fenders? what kind of wheel spacers should I get?

sorry for the nooby noobiess.

I can tell you this; I'm running sportmax 962's on a 1989 240sx hatchback, 18x8.5 front with a 2in lip, 18x9.5 in the rear 3in lip, I think the offset is +35. The fronts rub on the fender insert when I hit tight turns but has since worn away the piece which protrudes on the plastic insert. The rear rubbed until I took a body saw to the inner fender where I removed about 1/3in and filed it down. Now nothing rubs and I get an A+ from the offset police.

Okay. I believe the wheels will fit fine.

I'm just worried about tire size. I'm on megan street coilovers and I'm not slammed. There's about a 1.75in gap between fender and tire if you're looking at the car straight on.

Any tips on a good tire size?

was thinking 235/40 and 255/40. What do you guys think?
