Spoiler Types

Ok, with all the preview pics, what is up with the spoiler?? All the silver g37 pics I have seen have the chrome spoiler.

But with the new black g37s arriving at dealers, I have seen pics of some with a black spoiler and some with a chrome spoiler, what is the official/OEM spolier?

I really just want to know what mine will look like when it comes through...

The crome spoiler is the basic car, so if you like that look, you don't need the spoiler addon.

The wider spoiler is the add-on spoiler.

I believe they added the chrome spoiler so they had a good place to put the rear view camera. At least that's the rumor I've read.

I opted for the spoiler option, I hope you are right about it being the color matched/wider version. I'm not so fond of the chrome/headlight reflector one.

The one I test drove had the sample dealer sheet on the window, it made no mention of the optional spoiler. The backup camera was there.

They had a 2nd unit there with the spoiler, but apparently someone owned that one. I'm guessing an Infiniti employee doing a cross country drive or something. That one had the color matched wider spoiler.

I'm not 100%, but the only logical reasoning was the base model has the chome 'spoiler'. It's barely a spoiler imo.

If you got the spoiler option then you have the color-matched spoiler. Chrome spoiler is standard for all G37s.
