Spoiler removal

I am having a bit of problem removing the stock spoiler off a 91 240sx FB. I found the four bolts but I think there are still six plastic clips that I do not know how to get off. I already tried searching several sites including this one but couldn't find anything on how to get the 6 plastic clips off without ripping them out of the spoiler. Does anyone have advice on how to remove them with minimal damage?

Looks like a plastic grommet blocking your way

Yeah, I think those are the ones. Are the plastic gromments supposed to stay in the hatch or come out with the spoiler?
