If you bought it with AMEX call customer service and let them deal with the company, they will refund your entire money!

Since you didn't receive what you ordered.

Or you could just get what you paid for... You should have told them that it is their duty to deliver the product that was won in the auction that they were supposed to ship. If they screwed up and shipped the wrong product, then they "eat" all costs in getting the product returned to their warehouse and then deliver the product that you ordered, paid for, and paid them to ship to your location.

i told them that they have to pay for shipping cost and everything but they said that they have regulations and that that must be followed.
i then threatened with leaving a negative feedback and the man sounded as if he really didn't care.
i got screwed over on this one!

since you went with ebay you could go through them saying the seller did not deliver the product as promised, and ebay would deal with it accordingly

then 1) he isnt paying attention to how the emarket works or 2) he's just a total douchebag.

If you write an articulate and intelligent non-ranting gripe in buyer feedback experience, people WILL read it. Copy your feedback post and send it to him in a private email as well.

I see more than 1 or 2 of these for a potential buy and I'm moving on to another seller.

Feedback wont help, most people just look at the numbers (myself included) and dont actually read the comment. All about ratio of pos to neg. Go to eBay and complain. Did you use PayPal? They will even help, thats why they are there.
