I would have to look at the coupe, but on the sedan the camera is not mounted on the spoiler but it does have a LED brake light bar.

The convertible has this set up so you will likely see it on the new 2010.

I would hang out a couple of months until the new nodel debuts and I suspect you will be able to get exactly what you want.

You can pourchase an OEM spoiler, just make sure it is the one that includes the cameria port or you will have a black screen, My dealer quoted my $735 parts, labor and tax for g37 coupe
