Okay I don't know how the hell this thing fell out, as far as I know the plastic broke and will not be able to go back on the spoiler.
So should I go to the dealership and buy a replacement of that plastic?
But my car is not under warranted since I changed my intake and exhaust...
So what should I do now?

your car is warrantied. if they tell you differently they're full of s***; the only thing that's questionable is your engine due to the intake/exhaust, and even then they'd have to prove that the intake/exhaust are the cause of the problem. since your intake and exhaust have absolutely nothing to to with the rear brake light on the spoiler, you are still covered.
magnuson-moss warranty act of 1975, read up on it.

So they can't just straight up tell me I'm not under warranted?

No you can argue with them. They have to prove that the mods that you did to the car caused the problem. And in this case they obviously don't have anything to do with your brake light on the spoiler. As downedzephyr said bring up the magnuson-moss warranty act of 1975 if they say otherwise.

Everyone is right your mods did not affect your Spoiler light so you are good to go. Just tell them you need it fixed if they give you s*** keeping going up the food chain you are in the clear you have nothing to worry about.

Definitely dont let them give you any crap about it. I ran into similar problems when at 3500 miles my car starting leaking oil everywhere. I took it in and they said the rear main seal had went out but it wouldnt be covered under warranty because of the "extensive" amount of custom work I had done to the car. LOL...they were talking about at the time eibachs, wheels, intake, and exhaust. I fought them on it and they fixed it once they realized I knew what the hell I was talking about. I ended up not being the rear main seal however, it was the main seal thats between the engine and transmission. Just FYI. Also a little bit of info, when I tinted my lights I did the light on the spoiler, I was surprised to find that it almost fell off it my hands when I took it off. The 2 little hex screws holding it in were less than finger tight. Check it out, maybe they just fell out. I didnt quite get the whole story on why it wouldnt stay on. Good Luck!

Damn thats really odd. I know it isnt real strong. The plastic on the light broke, or the threaded pieces on the inside of the spoiler broke? Id say either way, you need a new light and or new spoiler unless someone can rig something up to be able to put the light back on.
