spluttering

my car overheated and now it slutters.like it is only running on two cylinders. i checked to see which spark plug wires where working and 2&3 were not. what could be the problem?91 nissan 240sx with a 93 KA24DE motor

did you check your ignition wires? are they plugged into the distributor or have continuity through them?

yes check for continuity, and also since you overheated i recommend you do a compression check just to be on the safe side. also check your coil.

when you do your compression check make sure all your plugs are removed. theres a good chance you warped the head or blew out the head gasket between 2 and 3.
